SHIPPING, RENT AND RETURNS
Shipping policy
Orders can be picked up directly in-store at 51 Route 111 East, La Sarre.
We also offer delivery for online orders to the Rouyn, Amos, and Val-d’Or areas for $15. Orders of $500 or more (before taxes) qualify for free delivery. Delivery is usually completed within the same week. You will be notified if additional delays are expected.
For online orders outside the region, we invite you to contact us so we can evaluate the options on a case‑by‑case basis.
Rent policy
At Centrale du Sport Abitibi-Ouest, we offer a variety of rental options for our golf simulators, baseball/softball batting cages, and synthetic ice rinks to meet the needs of all our customers. We provide competitive rates for each rental. Contact us for more information.
Please note that all equipment—whether the facility itself or additional rental items (clubs, golf tees, skates, etc.)—is the responsibility of the renters. Any damage resulting from improper use of the equipment may be charged to you.
Return Policy
At Centrale du Sport Abitibi-Ouest, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your sports equipment, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain conditions apply. Contact us for more information.
